Ace's Airplane Birthday Party

We had Ace's airplane themed birthday party at our house the following Saturday. Earlier in the month, we had really nice warm weather. So, the party was originally scheduled for Adventure Cove Park, which my boys love. A cold front came through, and it was on the chilly side the morning of the party. So, we had it at our house. It turned out really awesome!  Lots of Ace's friends came, the cupcake toppers turned out great, and the party favors were super cute!  It was a pretty great success!

Ace's 1st Birthday

Ace is one! He was adorable as always when he woke up on February 22, 2012. We had a pretty normal day beginning with breakfast and a morning nap. We had lunch with Daddy, and then a special treat of Jo's cupcakes for dessert. Ace loved his cupcake! Momma & Daddy loved theirs too! And as always, big brother Jett loved his icing:) Ace really enjoyed opening his presents too! He got the hang of it after Christmas. Ace loves his "choo choo!"

Ace's 1st Haircut

Ace got his first haircut the week before his birthday. Momma was hesitant, but Daddy was pretty adamant that we get rid of the "baby mullet." I wasn't quite ready for him to lose that baby hair and look like a big boy. He did awesome! Apparently Ace will do anything for a blue sucker! His hair turned out really cute, and Ace is just as handsome as he was before:)

Ace is such a ham! He always smiles for a picture. Ace is getting in to all kinds of things these days, and I'm doing my best to capture these moments for everyone to enjoy!
