Christmas in Tennessee

We had a great time in Tennessee! It was so nice to see our family that lives so far away. This was the second time most everyone had seen Ace. He has changed a ton since July! We had Christmas at Grandmother's house first. Opa helped Ace open his presents. Ace loved his little push toy! He likes to dance to it's music! This was Ace's first year for Turtles. He already loves chocolate! Ace slept on Aunt Shon for a little while that afternoon. We went to Mawmaw & Pawpaw's house second. I'm not sure if Mawmaw or Claire was more excited to see Ace. Claire & Ace formed a special bond when she visited Louisiana in May. Mawmaw helped Ace open his presents. He & Jett loved the Elephant Popping Ball toy! Avery occupied Jett, so Ace could play. Aunt Cindy & Uncle Byron got Ace books & we love I Spy. Uncles Mark & Myles & cousins Madison & Jon Nathan popped in at Grandmother's later that week. Uncle Brian & Aunt Nicki & cousins Brianna & Addison made a special trip from Memphis to see the boys. Brianna loved playing Mommy with Ace. We really had a wonderful time!

Christmas in Ketucky

Christmas morning, we got in the car and began our drive North. We got started at 11:00, which was later than we wanted. But, we sure did have a blast opening presents from Santa! Ace travelled pretty well. DVD players in the car sure do help! We got to Pop & Polly's house around 10:00 that night. It took forever for the boys to settle down to sleep! The boys really enjoyed seeing Uncle Adam & Aunt Caitlin. This was the second time they've seen Ace. He had really changed a lot! Ace had a blast opening presents. He really enjoyed his Elmo guitar & musical school bus! We had a great visit!

Ace's 1st Christmas

This was Ace's 1st Christmas. He really liked the tree. Jett never bothered the tree at this age. Ace had his favorite ornaments that he pulled off of the tree regularly & figured out that the bottom of the tree will spin. He is very curious! I believe he would've been very happy with a box, green tissue paper, & a Hershey Bar! Although, he did enjoy his ride-on Lightning McQueen, Lightning McQueen suitcase, cell phone, talking snail, & cars. Christmas was so much fun! Looking forward to next year:)

Ace loves the Children's Museum almost as much as Jett! We go all the time, so expect more pictures soon.

Fun at Adventure Cove

Ace had a blast at Adventure Cove! He crawled through every tunnel in the Park. Big brother Jett even came to his rescue when another boy wanted to crawl in the tunnel. Jett fussed at him & he went on to a different area. It was funny! Apparently no one can be mean to Ace, but Jett:) Ace loved the tunnels, the small slide, & the swings. He & Aunt Winnie swung for a long time. Ace thought about going to sleep:)
