Ace's 1st Christmas

This was Ace's 1st Christmas. He really liked the tree. Jett never bothered the tree at this age. Ace had his favorite ornaments that he pulled off of the tree regularly & figured out that the bottom of the tree will spin. He is very curious! I believe he would've been very happy with a box, green tissue paper, & a Hershey Bar! Although, he did enjoy his ride-on Lightning McQueen, Lightning McQueen suitcase, cell phone, talking snail, & cars. Christmas was so much fun! Looking forward to next year:)

Christmas Eve, 1st taste of Oreos & loves them!

Look what Santa brought!

Caught! Ace really wanted a Hershey Bar!

More Fun at the Children's Museum

Ace loves the Children's Museum almost as much as Jett! We go all the time, so expect more pictures soon.

Ace likes the room with huge blocks. So much fun to knock them down!

Fun at Adventure Cove

Ace had a blast at Adventure Cove! He crawled through every tunnel in the Park. Big brother Jett even came to his rescue when another boy wanted to crawl in the tunnel. Jett fussed at him & he went on to a different area. It was funny! Apparently no one can be mean to Ace, but Jett:) Ace loved the tunnels, the small slide, & the swings. He & Aunt Winnie swung for a long time. Ace thought about going to sleep:)

Sweet smile, brutal sun!

Sleepy with Aunt Winnie.

10 Month Well-Check

Standing up!

Climbing on anything he can get to.

Ace loves pickles!

First taste of Oreos, he approves!

Ace went for his 10 month well-check just before Christmas. He did great! Of course, the lack of shots helped:) He gets more shots at his 14 month check up. Dr. Wallace said he was a good looking boy, which we already knew! He was 29 1/4 inches long in the 75th percentile and 21 lb 10 oz in between the 50th and 75th percentile. Such a big boy:) At 10 months, Ace has a lot of fun! He is crawling all over the place, but prefers to cruise. He talks all the time, words include: Da Da, Momma, bye bye, ball, car, light, and catch. He has also learned to point to what he wants and shake his head no if you get it wrong. He points to the light or ball when asked. He waves bye bye or hi, and will give you five. He gives great kisses, and loves to play with his brother. His favorite game is crawl away from Jett, while Jett chases him also crawling. They both laugh, and it is so cute! I'm sure there is plenty that I am forgetting! We love our little guy!

Christmas #1 (with G & Opa)

We had our first Christmas on December 18th with G, Opa, Uncle Indy, & Aunt Winnie at our house. We all had a great time! The boys had missed Aunt Winnie a ton, and she had missed them too! We always enjoy her visits. Presents are always good too. Although, Ace would've been happy with just tissue paper or a box! He did really enjoy playing with his toys, though. Our visit was short, but very nice!

Fun at The Children's Museum

Ace has been spending a good amount of time at The Children's Museum. Big brother, Jett loves it! Ace is a pretty big fan too. He likes the wide open space to crawl around. I know he'll really enjoy it when he learns to walk! For now, his favorite parts are watching the trains, watching all of the "ball" exhibits, and playing the drums. Hours of fun!

Caught at the top of the crab dock!

Ace's 1st Halloween

Halloween was great this year! Ace really enjoyed our time at the pumpkin patch. He loved his little pumpkin! He took a nap instead of helping Daddy and Jett carve the pumpkin. Pretty sure everyone was okay with this! Since Momma lost the costume battle, Daddy picked out Ace's costume. I think he did an excellent job! Ace is the cutest Incredible Hulk I've ever seen! He was so good. He didn't even mind the little hat. He was a huge fan of the slick costume material & his bare feet! The combination of the two made his sniper crawl super fast! Ace was a little sad that he could not have some of his brother's candy, but there's always next year. He'll have his own candy & teeth!
